All the words of Google are decorated with lights on the occassion of New Year's Eve. When we click on the Google doodle, it takes to new page which shows the result relating to 'New Year's Eve.'

Google celebrates New Year's Eve with an animated doodle. There is cap on the word 'G' of google and second 'O' of google features animated candy on which 2021 written. All the words are decorated with lights.
When we click on the Google doodle, it takes to new page which shows the result relating to 'New Year's Eve.' There is confetti cone on the right side of this page and when we click on that cone, it bursts out. It makes noise and showers confetti on the screen which looks wonderful. What is New Year's Eve?
In the Gregorian calendar, New Year's Eve is the last day of the year i.e. 31st December. Eve is the short form of evening and New Year's Eve means evening before the new year. This is celebrated at evening parties where people dance, drink, eat, light fireworks and have fun. Countdown for the new year starts during the party and people eagerly wait for the new year.
On some places in the world, New year's eve celebrations may not be possible this time due to omicron variant of Covid-19 which is rapidly increasing around the world. So, on many places New year's celebrations have been banned to control the omicron variant. It is also the duty of everyone to protect themselves from this variant and follow the Covid-19 norms like wearing mask, social distancing and washing hands.
