AR Rahman turns 55, fans wished him on social media

 Earlier, AR Rahman's name was Dileep Kumar. He is popularly known as the 'Mozart of Madras' and he has won a Golden globe and two Academy awards for his work in the Hollywood movie 'Slumdog Millionaire' in 2008.

Happy Birthday AR Rahman:- The legendary music composer AR Rahman turns 55 on thursday (January 6, 2022). He is also known as the 'Mozart of Madras.' Every music lover is his fan not only in India but also around the globe. He is the first asian to win Oscar and Grammy awards.

He was born in hindu family but at the age of 23, he changed his religion to Islam. Earlier, his name was Dileep Kumar. He debuted in 1992 in the movie 'Roja'. Its music had been admired a lot and AR Rahman won his first national award for his work. In 1997, on the 50th Independence year of India, he composed 'Vande Mataram.'

Allah Rakha Rahman has won a Golden globe and two Academy awards for his work in the Hollywood movie 'Slumdog Millionaire' in 2008. 

He is also admiringly referred to as 'Isai Puyal' which means "a musical storm." His songs "Jai Ho" and "O....Saya" achieved success worldwide. Rahman's recent projects were 'Mimi' and 'Atrangi Re.'
