Latest covid-19 guidelines issued by MHA and people of above 45 years can get vaccine from 1st april, 2021

he union ministry of home affairs
issued new guidelines for covid-19 on tuesday. MHA said to all states/UT's that they can impose restrictions in cities, districts and in specific areas but they can not impose lockdown in the whole state.

Intra-state and inter-state movement of vehicles will be free and there will be no need of permission or e-permit for this movement. All activities can be done outside the containment zones.

These guidelines would come into effect from 1st april,2021. MHA also urged the state and union territory governments to encourage people to get themselves vaccinated. They should strictly follow covid-19 protocols like wearing mask, social distancing, sanitation etc.

Central government has also taken a big step towards vaccination against covid-19. Number of covid-19 cases are surging rapidly in many states that's why government increase the limit of vaccination. Now, all the people of 45 years and above can get themselves vaccinated.

Central cabinet has taken this step on tuesday. Central minister Prakash javadekar gave this information during the press conference. Central health secretary Rajesh bhushan wrote letter to all states in which he said that registration will start from 1st april on the covin portal.

India has started the vaccination process from 16th january, 2021. At this time, the people of above 60 years and above 45 years with co-morbidities can get vaccination. Till now 4.85 crore people of these categories get vaccinated.

There are 35 crore people in India between the age of 45 to 60 years. Now, there will be no need of co-morbidity certificate for vaccination because all the people of above 45 years can get vaccination from 1st april.

One can take second dose of vaccination between 4- 8 weeks after taking first dose of covishield vaccine.

On the other hand, 47014 new cases of covid-19 found in India on tuesday. Most 28699 cases found in maharashtra which are even more than half cases found in India.
