| Colleges and universities will remain shut till 30th april amid rise in covid-19 cases. |
There is sharp rise in covid-19 cases in the whole country. On sunday, Gujarat reported more than 5400 covid cases and 54 deaths. Amid spike in cases, government of gujarat directed on sunday that colleges will remain shut till 30th april.
All colleges and universities are directed to impart online education instead of calling students in the campus. Schools from class 1st to 9th are already remain closed till 30th april. Government took this step for the check on covid-19 cases.
Many states and UT's have been imposed these restrictions. There are night curfews and weekend lockdown in many states. More than 100000 cases have been coming in India which is showing that covid-19 situation is not under control.
Each and every citizen is required to follow the covid-19 norms like wearing mask, social distancing and sanitisation. Also need to follow the government rules and regulations. Vaccination process is going on in India. There is also the need to take the doses of vaccine for the protection from covid-19.
