People between aged 18-44 years can register for covid-19 vaccination from 27th april

Vaccination process for the people aged between 18-44 years has been started by the centre from 27th april

he government of India has started the vaccination process for the people between aged 18-44 years. They can register themselves from 27th april 4 pm. Covid-19 cases are rapidly surging in India. So, vaccination for this age group was necessary. They can register on the cowin portal https://www.cowin.gov.in › ...They can also register on the Aarogya setu app. There is no registration charge.

On the spot registration is not available till. They can't take the appointment without registration. Vaccination process will start from 1st may. Price of vaccine will be determined by the government later. There is no charge in the government hospitals but private hospitals will charge for the vaccination. For the people aged above 45 years, there are no charges in the government hospitals but private hospitals are charging Rs. 250.

Only 4 persons can register from one mobile. Several states have their different vaccine capacity. So, they have different priorities for the vaccine. Choice of vaccine is also available in the paying private hospitals but this facility is not available in the government hospitals.

They can register themselves with any from these id proofs :- Aadhaar card, driving license, PAN card, voter ID, Passport, Pension passbook, NPR smart card.

The centre has specified three categories of temporary contraindications. These categories are:- who are having active symptoms of SARS- Cov2 and who have been given anti SARS-Cov2 monoclonal antibodies and who are acutely unwell and hospitalised.
