Ghanshyam Nayak aka Nattu Kaka of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah passed away

 Ghanshyam Nayak aka Nattu Kaka of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah passed away on October 3. The producer of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah Asit modi took to twitter and confirmed about Nattu Kaka's demise.

Ghanshyam Nayak aka Nattu Kaka of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah passed away on October 3. He died at Mumbai's Suchak Hospital around 5:30 pm. He was 77 years old.

The producer of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah Asit modi took to twitter and confirmed about Nattu Kaka's demise. He wrote, "Our dear Natukaka is no more with us. May the most merciful God place him at his feet and give him ultimate peace. Give strength to his family to bear this loss. We can't forget you."

Ghanshyam Nayak was suffering from Cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy. Few months ago he had said that he wanted to return back to the show but his health was not good enough to work.

He was famous for his role of Nattu Kaka in the Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah. In the show, he was the employee of Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal in the Gada Electronics. 

Tanmay Vekaria aka Bagha is also the employee of Jethalal in the Gada Electronics and in relation he was the nephew of Nattu Kaka. Tanmay Vekaria wrote, "A pure soul, pure human being and an epitome of cuteness🙏🙏shall alwzzzzzzz miss u natukaka, May ur soul rest in peace."

Apart from Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah, Ghanshyam Nayak worked in many Gujarati and Hindi films and tv serials. He also acted in more than 100 Gujarati stage plays.

He acted in films like Masoom, Beta, Aandolan, Krantiveer, Ishq, Sham Ghansham, Hum dil de chuke sanam, China Gate, Tere Naam, Panga Na lo, Shikari, Dhoondte Reh Jaoge and many more. He played many kind of roles in the films.
